This policy describes how Educa Media collect, process, use and share information about you.

This Privacy Policy applies to all of Educa Media's games, whether on your computer, mobile device, website, console, PC or platform including Facebook (each a "Game" and collectively the "Games") ). It also applies to our marketing and advertising campaigns on all platforms and other services we may provide to you from time to time. d) Location Information: We may collect information regarding the geographic location of your device each time you use the Services provided on iOS or Android platforms or otherwise consent to the collection of this information. You may withdraw consent for the collection of platform provided location data using the settings on your device. Your location is stored for the period specified in the Services before collection.

e) Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We use various technologies to collect information (which may include personal information), and this may include sending cookies to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are small data files stored on your computer hard drive or in device memory that help us to improve our Services and your experience, see which areas and features of our Services are popular and count visits.

f) Profile Information: We create profiles based upon your preferences, characteristics, behavior and other information from your use of the Services, and with your consent, we combine that information with information from other sources.

3. Information We Collect From Third Parties

We may also obtain information from other sources as far as it is necessary to perform our Services, and combine that with information we collect through our Services. For instance, we may collect game ranking and achievement status from your console or mobile operating system game center application. We also obtain publicly available information from social media monitoring service platform. If you create or log into your BNEI account through a third-party platform (such as Facebook or Twitter), we will have access to certain information from that platform, such as your name, birthday, and profile picture, in accordance with the authorization you give to such platform. Additionally, when you complete in-app purchases, we may collect information about you from the provider of your device operating system when they process the purchases on our behalf. Please note that we do not receive your payment method information from the operating system providers. In other cases, we will ask you to authorize us to collect, store, and use personal information from third parties.

(i)to acquire new users for our Products, to measure the performance and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and help us build Core, Custom and Lookalike Audiences for analytics and marketing purposes.

3. Who do we disclose your information to

We use some third parties to help us deliver the best possible experience (e.g., cloud services to back up your data, support ticketing and fraud detection). When we use a third party, we only do this to process or store your information for the purposes described in this privacy policy. We also have affiliates around the world who help us deliver the Game Services and we may be required by a court or legal obligation to disclose certain information in some circumstances.

4. Children's Privacy

It is very important to us to protect the health of young children online. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect or retain personal data or non-personally identifiable information from underage users, except as permitted by law to support our internal operations.

In this Privacy Policy, references to underage users refer to users who have not reached the age of consent to the processing of personal data in their country of residence:

5. Data Retention

We have a policy of retaining information we collect for a period of up to 180 days. During the period when we hold Information, we may transform and aggregate it such that it no longer is personally identifiable. We may retain the de-identified aggregate data products for more than the retention period to support business critical needs.

Uninstalling applications from your devices does not cause the data that we possess to be deleted. It remains subject to the same data retention and expiration policies.

6. Your information security

We operate its services globally. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your personal data may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. The data protection laws of these countries may differ from those of your country.

They will only process your Personal Data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected Personal Data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
